Revenue Share
The Debt Advisor pre-appointment revenue is shared with their affiliates for the provision of information supplied (see attached The Debt Advisor's Fact Find) which results in a case proceeding.
Personal Cases
• Debt Management: 50% of the initial fee
• IVA: 50% of nominee fee (up to a maximum of £650 for consumer IVA's and £850 for trader IVA's)
• IVA Full & Final: £500 per case
• VA Informal: 30% of fee charged (to a maximum of £600)
• Bankruptcy: £100 per case
Corporate Cases
• Administration: 30% of pre appointment fee (up to maximum of £2,000)
• Company Voluntary Arrangement (CVA): 50% of nominee fee (up to a maximum of £1,500)
• Creditors Voluntary Liquidation (CVL): 30% of fee (up to a maximum of £1,000)
• Members Voluntary Arrangement (MVL): This is case specific
• Partnership Voluntary Arrangement (PVA): 30% of nominee fee (up to a maximum of £1,400)
